Today it’s back to fruit and vegetables so I had delicious breakfast of grilled grapefruit and raspberries.
– 2 Pink grapefruit with raspberries; grilled with sweetener (280 cals)
The rest of the day I ate mixed salad at work for lunch and dinner and snacked on nectarines and raw carrots.
– 2x mixed salad with carrot, tomato and balsamic vinegar (300 cals)
– 8 x nectarines (560 cals)
– 4 raw carrots (160 cals)
TOTAL CALORIES: 1300
I did a morning workout as I was on a crazy double shift at work; A Yoga session Jillian Michaels. Low impact but nevertheless intense and dynamic.
– WORKOUT: JILLIAN MICHAELS YOGA MELTDOWN; LEVEL 2 (30 mins)
Last day tomorrow and it’s Bananas and Milk. Shame my blender is broken or I would have been living on smoothies all day long 😀
