Feeling a little better this morning. Had a cereal bar and some biscuits for breakfast and then a chilled coffee mid-morning. The important thing is that I feel more level and calm mentally 🙂

Lunch was beef fillet in breadcrumbs and salad followed by an apple

– Tomato and onion salad with olive oil (150 cals)

– Apple (80 cals)


In the afternoon I snacked on an apple and some almonds and then later on another apple and a cookie

I was forced into sharing restaurant pizza for dinner but I only had a couple of slices (despite having more physically placed on my plate!). I also had an apple when we got home
